History:

When Levy was a young Charmander, he had a kind trainer who aspired to be among the fighting ranks of the Pokemon fighters. Levy wanted to be a great fighter as well, and did his best. It was a fairly straightforward life, training, competing, winning (and losing). Yes, Levy felt his life was rather complete, being a Pokemon Fighter. He continued being a Fighter for nearly forty years, searching the world, having a family of his own, living happily, and soon being “released” by his trainer.

After his release, he and his Dragonite wife decided to return to Cinnabar Island (post-eruption), to live a calm life. Over time, however, his wife became fatally ill. It wasn’t long before she was claimed. Over a fit of despair, he decided to explore the world solo, leaving his old home and children (who already had their own families as well), and set off to find something to make him relatively happy again.

Nearing his late fifties or early sixties, he rediscovered an old trick he used to use as a child, creating fireworks with merely rocks and fire-based attack. An old childhood memory rekindled the meaning to move on in life. Exploring, letting off amazing fiery explosions in the sky, he felt happy again.

Over time, he heard of little Pokette Town, a small and peaceful town that’s developing. Reaching the age of 68, he felt it was time to settle again, maybe help a developing community, taking care of the youth, maybe take up making regular firework shows, especially on the time of the Fireworks Show. He feels he’ll fit in well.

Hobby: Making smoke art, reading, telling stories, making fireworks. He's taken up fishing, recently, so chances are you'll find him fishing somewhere around Pokette (half the time he falls asleep, so company might just help him stay up and actually catch something).
Job: Levy makes and launches fireworks after he retired from Pokemon battling. He even sells some “traditional” fireworks for others to play with during the Fireworks Days. But since it’s a near yearly thing, he usually just babysits some of the younger citizens, or help around however he can manage.
Favourite Food: Raw Meat
Favourite Berry: Durin Berry (No one knows why)

Accessories: A necklace that was once his wife’s, round glasses, his wedding bracelet, and a pipe
Trivia:
-Leviathan’s “fireworks” are more he tosses large rocks into the air and shatters them with a high powered fire based attack. He considers the traditional arrowhead fireworks a bit too “simple.” Doesn’t stop him from making traditional firecrackers for other people to play with.
-He’s got an affinity for water type items for some strange reason. Some believe he likes water, others believe he’s just that weird, and everything in between.
-He likes to tell stories when he's not blowing up rocks. Most of his stories may sound great, but anyone with a good mind can tell when he’s either making stuff up on the fly, or took something from some old TV show. (At least it isn't for profit, just for kicks)
--However these stories are usually used as a joke. He also tells stories of his times as a Pokemon League fighter with his old team, among other things. He's got a history after all.
-I kinda believe that the fire on the tail is NOT the life force of a Charizard, but, rather, how much power it holds, so he’s got quite a nice light that he needs to remember to turn down for safety issues.
-In reality, Levy's a ways larger than the average Charizard (reaching roughly 6'2) however, he's come to hunch over over recent years, which chips a few inches off of him. Probably around 5'11" or a bit shorter.
-Levy has an assortment of scars, though three are easily noticeable, one across his stomach and chest, one under his left cheek, and other over his right eye. His eye can still see fine, though not as well as his left one. The rest of the scars are actually spread across his back and such.

Moveset
If he were to fight, and they're in agreement to a 4 move battle, for kicks, he default attacks of choice are:
-Fly
-Fire Spin
-Fire Blast
-Hyper Beam
But If something dangerous were to happen like, say, a Gyarados washed up or something, he's got a large arrangement of moves over his long years that he will use in any way needed to keep others safe. But they're mostly destructive offensive attacks, very VERY little strategic moves.
