Curious, easily amused, and arguably unhinged, Ko is a rather difficult person to keep up with, and even harder to maintain. She has a tendency to try to pair off two people that she believes would make a great couple, regardless of their actual situation. (She used to pair off Morgana the Houndour and Rufi the Smeargle to put things into perspective) However most of these tend to be in jest and will push it for a little bit until she gets bored and focuses on someone else. Ahh that's another note, she gets bored easily. Unnaturally so. She got bored of the legendaries popping in and out of school from time to time. It's hard to tell if it's because there's so many of them or she actually has bouts of boredom for no apparant reason.

Despite this standard excitable exterior, Ko is really just trying to play things up for laughs. She wants to live her afterlife to the fullest and just does half the things she does to make things more interesting. She'll catch on to when things go too far (a little late a number of the time but-) and can actually be a bit of a sweetheart when she not forcing relationships like a nutty fangirl.

History:

Becoming a ghost by death, Ko doesn’t remember much, if any, of who she was or what she was like when she was alive. Also she wasn’t born as a ghost considering her death. That didn’t hinder her too much in her early years for she had the entire ghost population of Lavender Town – and some regulars of the Pokemon Tower – to take care of her and any other “newly born” ghosts in the meantime. In her first couple of years of “afterlife” as a Misdreavus, she spent them spooking some neighbors and playing games, both pleasant and not. It was a simple afterlife, and she had plenty of time to get used to it all. However that began to change after a couple of years of afterlife. Things were getting repetitive, rather normal.

And Arceus was it getting boring.

Hitting around her fifth year of afterlife, Ko got to meet a much older ghost, a Gengar named Shade. Ko was… to say the least amused by the Gengar’s view on the afterlife, which is, to put it simply: “You’re dead! So make the best of it!” She took interest in Shade’s way of the afterlife, and essentially began to follow the elder ghost’s example. In short, Shade and her old Slowbro friend were Ko’s teachers/adoptive parents for most of her time thus far, usually helping her with her ghost powers, and it was a blast. However it did have some consequences in regards to her sense of tact, and she picked up a couple of her other mother’s “shipping habits” as the Slowbro calls it, among other things. Regardless shew grew up to be a find Misdreavus, and eventually, a Mismagius after taking a Dusk Stone and a couple TMs from the Celadon Mart.

In her early teens, her slightly more exciting life with Shade and Tim, the Gengar and Slowbro, was beginning to get tiring again. She began wandering around Kanto, just for some new sights. It was then she met a Wandering Shiny Charizard known as Leviathan. A strong, relatively hardened fighter, he was just passing by Lavender Town when she first met him. Instantly she felt some sort of attraction towards the anti-social old Charizard, a fascination, mostly to try to understand why this Mon was so… broken.

She did figure out why, and somewhat remedied his darker demeanor into a more lighthearted one, and it was great, gaining this new friend. But something was amiss, why did she have this attraction towards the Old Charizard? She attempted to dismiss it as “I felt like helping a lost soul.” Whether that’s wholly true was never settled in her mind… She began to wonder what she was before death again, a generally touchy topic for Ghosts, since if a ghost forgot their past lives, there’s probably a very good reason why. That didn’t stop her, though as she slowly made finding out who or what she was her afterlife’s mission.

It was around this time a mysterious letter was sent to Lavender Town’s Pokemon Tower. A letter addressed to the Mismagius, inviting her to be a student of the Armonia Institute. Initially, she was confused, but after discussing everything with Shade and Tim it was eventually decided that she would join, for it might help distract her from her current obsession... Ko ultimately decided to go as well, though for different reasons, which is she heard rumors about the people that work there, and since Ko is a fangirl at heart she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to at least see the school. Equipped with naught but her ghostly garments and a single digital camera, she made way for Faraway Island… Wherever the heck that is.

- She has the slightly annoying habit of tapping her claws. Usually in thought, excitement, or boredom. It makes a constant “klikliklik” sound.
- As shown in the headshot, she can take off her hat. Under the hat is a small horn just over her forehead.
- Being a ghost by death, she bears features of her previous life. I would list the difference between her and the common Mismagius, but that wouldn't be fun now would it?
- She loves to drink all sorts of beverages even though she can’t taste it.
- Hex is her only naturally learned move on her standard movelist.
- She has crummy handwriting.
- She cannot walk without having a need for support.
- She's a great singer.
